Return and Refund Policy

Product Returns

• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• To process a return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

2. Send the product to the specified address.

3. After receiving and inspecting the product, we will notify you of the return status.

Refunds

• Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-21 business days, but the maximum refund period may be up to 30 days, depending on your bank or payment system’s policy.

• Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or our error.

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during delivery.

• If you need to exchange an item, please contact us and provide photos of the damage.

Non-Returnable Items
